[Poetry] Silakbo

First, the painful tears
White hot and angry, like glass
Shards set on fire.

Then, the shouts so loud
That they shook the flimsy walls
And shoved us apart.

Last, came the silence
So still, I thought the world was
Holding its breath.

That was the moment
My road diverged in two and
I chose my future.
